To be included in the 2011 “SHOP with the Businesses that Support OUR School” Coupon Book issued at the School the week prior to the fete, you need to make a commitment to the school and donate a prize, voucher or service valued at over $100.   

A $50 cash/cheque donation to go towards printing is required and this booklet will include your offer and discount and your details.  All discount offers together with the $50 donation must be received by the last week in August.  A receipt for your cash donation will be issued by the P & F for taxation purposes.

Businesses that will be included in the coupon have the ability to market directly to the families homes.

It may comprise of special offers, % off, free deals or basic information. 

550 will be issued throughout the school to the eldest child in the family, each staff member will receive the coupon book and the balance will be distributed at the Fete to visiting families.

Families and teachers will be encouraged to go through the promotional material in the coupon book as we will be randomly putting in 50 prizes to collect on the day of the Fete.  This prize vouchers will be mixed between the promotional material.  Value of the prizes is at the P&F discretion.

If you wish to have product given to each family (such as Box Office who in 2010 donated a free bag of Microwave Popcorn and PAL who donated a sample bag of Dog Biscuits) we will be happy to include this in the sample bag the coupon book will be delivered in.

1000 Coupon books will be printed.
