Exclusive Catering

  Exclusive Catering is a privately owned and operated business striving to provide personal, efficient and friendly service to its wide variety of clients. The business came about mainly due to unmet market need - the need to provide small, intimate catering services for as few as 4
but also have the capacity for 400 or more.

All the menu items are produced offsite in our commercial kitchen and finished at the function and served over the nominated period of time. The price includes a Chef on site to do the cooking (with all the equipment needed) and enough wait staff to serve the food for the fist 3 hours of the function only. Additional wait staff or bar staff are available at $32.50 per hour
- minimum of 3 hours.

Exclusive Catering provides all platters and serviettes (which can be colour specific for the function) and takes way all refuse created to make and finish the foods on site. Most functions place the Chef in the garage as this leaves the house free for the guests, and it allows the Chef to leave without disturbing the flow of the function.

Any "special" requirements - whether ethnic or dietary can be accommodated and it is always a good idea to ask if your guests have any allergies.

Payment - a 50% deposit is required at time of booking with the adjusted balance payable on the night. The deposit is calculated on the initial "estimate" of guests expected with final confirmed numbers required five (5) days from the event.

Exclusive Catering has $20 million Public and Product Liability Insurance, Workcover Insurance for its staff and holds a Food Handlers Licence issued by Gold Coast City Council.
